How to apply
- ONLY at NIGHT. Massage (2-4 pumps) on clean skin until fully absorbed. Apply (10-15 min) before bedtime. Choose one skin area to apply cream each night: face, neck, upper chest, inner forearm, wrists or bottom of feet. Please turn off all lights, no tv, cell phone, tablet or laptop viewing. Seriously! Avoid continuing to send light through your eyes after applying your Melatonin Liposomal Cream.
- Our creams can be applied to the body at the same time on different skin areas OR mix (1-2) creams in the palm of your hand and then apply to skin area. Avoid layering creams with Non–Nutra Relief creams as other creams are made with toxic chemicals which could cause irritation.
When to apply
- ONLY at NIGHT. Apply around (10-15) minutes before going to sleep. Please turn off all lights, no tv, cell phone, tablet or laptop viewing. Avoid any light going through your eyes after applying your Melatonin Liposomal Cream.
- MIXED SIGNALS: Light going into the eyes will send your brain mixed signals.
