Product Information
What is Arnica and where does it come from?
Arnica comes from the perennial Arnica Montana, a yellow-orangish flower that grows in the mountains of Europe and Siberia as well as temperate climates in North America.
Arnica is a genus of perennial herbaceous plants in the sunflower family. Several species, such as Arnica Montana and A.chamissonis, contain helenalin, a sesquiterpene lactone that is a major ingredient in anti-inflammatory preparations.
What is Boswellia Serrata (Frankincense) and where does it come from?
Scientifically known as Boswellia Serrata, this is not only the name of the herb but also of the large tree native to India and parts of Pakistan. This tree is most famous for producing Indian Frankincense, a common name of the herb, which may also be known as salai or shallaki.
The entire Boswellia genus is referred to as Frankincense, but this species has been praised for the resin it produces. When this gum resin is removed from the tree, it is often burned for aromatic purposes or used in medical applications.
Boswellia Serrata is legendary in Ayurvedic Medicine, as it is associated with powerful anti-inflammatory properties and a wide variety of other health benefits.
What is Niacinamide and where does it come from?
Niacinamide is a form of vitamin B3. In food it’s often found as niacin. It’s a fantastic skincare ingredient that has a lot of studies to back up its effectiveness, and works for a broad range of skin issues [with no major side effects] as well as helps with joint and bone-on-bone pain.
What is L-Arginine / L-Citrulline and where does it come from?
L-Citrulline is a substance called a non-essential amino acid. Your kidneys change L-Citrulline into another amino acid called L-Arginine and a chemical called Nitric Oxide.
These compounds are important to your heart and blood vessel health. They may also boost your immune system.
What are the benefits of the bio-active ingredient Lecithin?
- Lecithin assists in breaking down other fats and transporting them throughout the body.
- It also acts as a direct precursor to the neurotransmitter acetylcholine.
- Acetylcholine promotes memory formation, neural structure health, and reasoning skills.
- Lecithin is also a powerful antioxidant which keeps cells healthy by removing toxins and fighting free radical damage.

- “Melatonin in the skin stimulates your body’s natural production of antioxidant enzymes at night,” Collyer says. “The better and deeper sleep you get, the more production of melatonin may be produced, leading to more antioxidants in the skin. These antioxidants help protect the skin from pollutants, protect collagen and help counteract harmful UV rays, which are a large cause of dark spots and wrinkles. There is evidence that using melatonin in skin care products can increase antioxidant properties in the skin.”
Does melatonin work as a sleep aid right away?
YES, when delivered through the skin with our Certified Liposomal Delivery Technology (LDT), our Liposomal Melatonin Cream can help you fall asleep within 5-15 minutes of application.
What if I’m not falling asleep quick enough?
If you’re not falling asleep quick enough keep using the Melatonin Cream every evening for at least week. No skipping a night! Some individuals require more time for their body to feel the effects while others feel it immediately on night one. We recommend (1-2) pumps but if you’re not asleep within 20 minutes after applying your first application, you may apply (1) extra pump.
What if I wake up in the middle of the night, do I rub on more Melatonin Cream?
NO do not apply more cream. If you wake up in the middle of the night, avoid turning on lights, tv, tablet or looking at your cell phone. Light will signal your Pineal Gland that it’s daytime and kick “Serotonin” into production which will wake you up! To fall back to sleep, wet your hands with a little bit of water and rub over the original Melatonin Cream application area. Please DO NOT APPLY MORE Cream! Simply rub over the application area with damp hands and it will reactive the Melatonin that’s still stored on your skin.
